Founder's Note
I have always believed that access changes everything – access to knowledge, to opportunities, to dignity.
The work I do is rooted in a simple but powerful conviction: that no one should be limited by circumstances they did not choose. Whether it’s through education, advocacy, or direct community support, my goal has always been to create pathways where there were none.
This work is about people. And that is what continues to drive me every day.
Becoming GEAN
GEAN was born out of a need I could not ignore.
Over time, I saw recurring gaps
- in access,
- in awareness, and
- in support systems,
especially for women and in underserved communities. What started as individual efforts to help soon grew into something that needed structure, scale, and sustainability.
GEAN was created to bridge these gaps intentionally. To move from isolated acts of impact to a system that can consistently reach, support, and empower more people.
